About BA Religious Studies

Aims and Objectives: This course serves as an introduction to world religions including Abrahamic religions, Asian religion as well as denominations of Islam. Furthermore, it will offer students a basic introduction to various forms of Mysticism in religions with a focus on Mysticism in the Islamic world.

The Alumni will be able to conduct research on Religious studies. They will also be able to be involved in an advisory role about world religions in think tanks as well as governmental institutions.

About PhD Comparative Religion

 

Aims and Objectives: The full-time PhD course provides graduate students with an extensive training and supervision to prepare them for the academic profession. It especially includes comparative study of world religions, theory and method in the study of religion, as well as study of scriptures.
