Administrative and Financial Affairs

The Administrative and Financial Vice Presidency is responsible for supporting and managing the faculty’s financial and human resources. This office operates through its various departments, including Administrative and Welfare Affairs, General Affairs and Support, Secretariat, Accounting and Inventory, and Property Management.

Main Responsibilities of this Office:

• Administrative and financial support for the vice presidencies.

• Handling administrative affairs (personnel management) for staff and faculty members.

• Managing welfare affairs for staff and faculty members.

• Maintenance of facilities and green spaces.

• Optimal utilization of existing resources in the faculty and generating dedicated revenues to fulfill related obligations.

• Physical development of administrative and educational spaces.

• Signing necessary contracts with contractors.

• Proper receipt and expenditure of approved budgets.
